01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the 66jili Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 03 Account Registration

To access the full range of 66jili services, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

• Notify 66jili immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

66jili reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under Philippine regulations, 66jili may require you to submit government-issued identification and other supporting documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.

04 User Conduct

You agree that you will not, at any time, engage in any of the following prohibited activities on or in connection with the 66jili Platform:

• Use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engage in any form of collusion, cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Exploit any software bug, glitch, or error in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or 66jili staff in any manner.
• Create a false identity or impersonate any person or entity.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

66jili supports the following payment methods for Filipino players, all of which are informational references on this static platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party transactions are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification.
• 66jili does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card gambling deposits are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations.

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• 66jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

07 Games & Fair Play

• The 66jili name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 66jili. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 66jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

• 66jili makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• 66jili is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
• 66jili is not responsible for any third-party content, services, or websites that may be referenced in connection with the Platform.
• In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted, 66jili's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

11 Termination

66jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other 66jili policy.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Any other reason that 66jili, in its sole discretion, deems sufficient to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination for breach of these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 66jili customer support. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 66jili's customer support team for informal resolution.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
• For matters relating to gaming regulation and licensing, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) serves as the relevant regulatory body.
• You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

13 Changes to These Terms

66jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
